In the spring, we form small, multi-instrument ensembles that rehearse weekly for performance in early May. Working in small ensembles offers a profoundly enriching experience as students gain rhythmic and harmonic sophistication and develop the ability to focus on their own part and the rest of the ensemble simultaneously.
Twinklers, Fireflies, Sparklers, and teen/adults register for the four month session; intermediate and advanced students enrolled in fall for the year (Sept-Aug). Intermediate and advanced students who will be traveling extensively over the summer may choose to convert some of their summer class time into private lessons taken during the spring session.
